Suspended mower

I have been looking at compact tractors for mowing about 3 ac of yard. There seems to be a difference in belly mowers; some are suspended from the tractor while others ride on the ground. Can anyone give some feedback on this and which is best? I am considering A JD4200, Kubota BX2200 and Kubota 2400 (used) or 2410.

If you consider the BX series to the JD4200, look at Kubota B7500. I love mine and it's 60" belly mower, which is suspended. Suspend rides with the tractors frame where if they are on wheels that's where they roll. If really level either will do great, if you have some rolls the suspended will do better.
